In this workshop you will learn how to identify your thought and behaviour patterns that keep you stuck in life and start to make changes in how you perceive yourself as well as exploring HOW to start creating the life you really want. Clear out what doesn't work for you and make space for new, positive approaches to yourself and others!
This workshop will involve a blend of experiential activities with the horses, group work, expressive arts, music and The Way of the Horse Cards. Open to all, no horse experience required.

Workshop places are limited to keep the groups small, so please book early. An early booking discount of 5% applies when booked two months in advance. A further discount of 5% applies if you also have a friend sign up.
